Overview
This policy explains how and when you can cancel an order placed with Buy Bliss Limited.
Cancelling before dispatch
You can cancel an order at any time before it has been dispatched by emailing info@buyblisslimited.shop with your order number. We will confirm the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Cancelling after dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled. In that case, please follow our Return Policy to return the items for a refund once they arrive.
How to cancel
Email info@buyblisslimited.shop as soon as possible with your order number and the word 'cancel'. The sooner you contact us, the more likely we can stop the order before it is dispatched.
Refund after cancellation
For orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund is issued to your original payment method within 7 working days. It may take a few more days to appear on your statement.
Partially dispatched orders
If only part of your order has been dispatched, you can still cancel the remaining items. You will be refunded for the cancelled items and can return the dispatched items under our Return Policy.
